Using the key number indicated as cabinet key on the packing list, insert into cabinet lock and turn ¼ turn to the right. The lock should pop out about half way.

Using the key number indicated as vault key on the packing list, insert into vault lock and turn ¼ turn to the right and hold while pulling upward to open the door. Hold door in fully open position while retrieving the plug attached to the chain from the inside of the vault. Insert the plug in the hole in the vault top to hold the door open.

Slide the open vault into the bottom of the cabinet with the plug hole on the same side as the cabinet lock, vault door to back. When vault is flush with bottom, push in the cabinet lock and turn left ¼ turn, this will push the plug out and hold the vault in place.

To remove the vault, insert cabinet key and unlock. Be sure to place your free hand under the vault, when the lock pops out the vault will be free and slide from the cabinet. As the vault is removed, the door will automatically close and lock before the vault clears the cabinet.
