The model NV was designed to be mounted either directly to the floor of the vehicle with the floor mount or to any vertical surface with the universal mount.

To install with the floor mount, remove the cabinet from the stand by using the key number designated as cabinet key on the packing list to unlock the cylinder lock on the mounting bracket. The lock will pop out and the farebox can be removed from the stand by pulling up and out. Place the floor stand in the desired position and transfer the hole pattern to the floor. Drill through the floor and attach the stand with bolts or screws. For security purposes it is recommended that bolts are are run through the floor and nutted on from the underside of the vehicle. After stand is mounted, re-attach the farebox by locking it back to the stand.

To install using the universal mount, remove the mount form the farebox by following the instructions listed in the above paragraph. Hold the bracket to the desired mounting surface and transfer the hole pattern. Bolt the bracket in place and re-attach the farebox.

To remove the vault, use the key number designated as the vault key on the packing list.

Insert the key and turn ¼ turn to the right. Pull on the vault until it slides free of the cabinet. Empty the money into a receptacle and replace the vault.

If more security is required, the NV is designed so it can be removed from the mounting bracket by unlocking the cabinet lock and the entire unit can be carried into the counting facility.
